Tulamassage is a rhythmic, deep and fluid massage that follows the natural lines of your body, between and around fascia and muscles. It's a full-body oil massage performed on a futon to release local points of tension.

 

The treatment is performed to the rhythms and melodies of specific musical compositions. These create a fluid, hypnotic movement, like waves running through the patient's body. Receiving Tulamassage allows you to completely detach yourself from the outside world and enter a state of deep relaxation. Both patient and therapist enter a meditation in movement.

 

Following Tulamassage, you can continue with Tulayoga. Gently lifted into the air, balancing on the therapist's hands and feet, you'll be guided through a succession of postures that flow naturally and effortlessly. Each posture has a specific action which, together, harmonizes and aligns the whole body.

 

With your eyes closed and no reference to the outside world, you're freed from time and space, bringing you into deep connection with your body and your feelings.
